Loews Miami Beach Hotel provides the ultimate South Beach experience, spacious hotel rooms in the perfect beachfront location, and space for the Global Aesthetics Conference – all under one roof!

The 2024 Global Aesthetics Room block is reserved for registered Attendees only.  You must be registered for the event to book your room on the discounted room block.

The group rates start at $309/night for a Run of House room, plus taxes and *fees. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The room block closes October 6, 2024 at 5pm eastern (local time), or whenever it becomes full, whichever comes first. After October 6, the discounted rate is no longer available. A credit card is required at the time of
booking to secure your reservation. The Cancellation Policy requires guests to cancel by 4pm local time 30 (thirty) days before arrival to avoid penalty fee of 1 night’s room & tax.

All rooms are subject to local taxes and hotel fees.

*The Loews Miami Beach Hotel charges a Resort Amenity Package fee per day on each reservation. This charge is reduced on the GAC room block to $16/day plus tax and includes the following:

• Complimentary internet access for up to four devices
  
• Daily Fitness Center access at Exhale Spa. 
• Daily meditation class on Exhale Spa Terrace  (registration required & weather permitting. Class begins 9am daily. Please arrive at 8:45am to register at Exhale front desk)
• Daily pool pampering amenities including coconut water, tropical fruit, cold-pressed juice and more
• Use of up to 4 beach chairs, daily. One chair per person.
• Use of kayaks, paddle boards and boogie boards. (up to 30 mins per day, weather permitting, based on availability)
  
• Complimentary Banana Boat rides from 10AM – 11AM daily, with the last departure at 10:45am (weather permitting, based upon availability.)
• Lobby beverage station featuring locally infused refreshment from 3-6pm daily
• Rec Room video games and vintage arcade center for teens and tweens
• Unlimited local calls.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

The Cancellation Policy requires guests to cancel by 4pm local time 30 (thirty) days before arrival to avoid penalty fee of 1 night’s room & tax.

EARLY DEPARTURES

Guests will be required to pay one night’s room and tax if the Guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation. This early departure fee will be waived if the Guest advises Hotel of the change in departure date at check in.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check‑in time for guests is 4:00 PM. Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
