About GAC
The Global Aesthetics Conference (GAC) was created by Dr. S Randolph Waldman to bring together Key Opinion Leaders from the four core aesthetic specialties – Facial Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and Oculoplastic Surgery – in a collegial and apolitical environment. It is the only true multispecialty event in the world that is not organized under the banner of a large corporate entity.
Dr. Waldman has now organized almost 60 major conferences. He is the founder and former director of the Vegas Cosmetic Surgery Conference as well as multiple conferences under the banner of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. His multispecialty philosophy is the central tenet of GAC and will always emphasize meeting content before industry sponsored sessions.
Dr. Waldman has always believed strongly that a true multispecialty meeting features “something for everyone” – a session always taking place somewhere on-site that is beneficial to every attendee. He also pioneered the practice management and marketing component of aesthetic conferences and continues to raise the bar on business enhancement sessions.
